Rice Science (ISSN 1672-6308) is an international peer-reviewed bimonthly journal sponsored by the China National Rice Research Institute (CNRRI). Published in partnership with Elsevier B.V., it is indexed/abstracted in SCIE, Scopus, CABI, CSCD, and other major databases.
Established in Hangzhou in 1981 with approval from the Chinese State Council, CNRRI is a non-profit organization that plays a pivotal role in coordinating key rice research programs and facilitating national and international scientific collaboration in rice-related fields.
Rice Science is dedicated to advancing and disseminating cutting-edge knowledge in rice sciences, offering readers insights into the most impactful developments and transformative ideas in rice research and production. The journal covers a broad range of topics, including:
